The KATBATT electric farm vehicle is designed and built in Kirkwood South Africa. With its compact design, it can just fit onto a bakkie while still easily driving and clearing the “middelmannetjie” of a 2-track farm road, a must-have functionality that most farmers we have spoken to are very serious about.
Many imported Electric farming tricycles and electric farming quad bikes cannot drive well on the most common farm roads. They also get many issues with their lead acid batteries, motors, and their controllers. We at KATBATT feel that South Africa is now ready for a better quality electric farm vehicle to be used by Foreman to manage the farms greener and more efficiently!

I went on a test drive and all I can say is WOW. Quick as a teenagers mouth and as strong as one. Super capable machine. Needs some refinement but I feel it would be a great addition to any farmer, hunter or estate where more is needed than just your off the shelf cart.
