2. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to South African clients only.

3. Processing Time: Orders typically take 48 hours to be processed before they are shipped. This time allows us to ensure quality control and proper packaging of your batteries.

4. Shipping Time: Estimated shipping times are between 3 – 7 working days. Please note that these are estimated times and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control such as unforeseen logistical issues.

5. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, and the weight and dimensions of the batteries being shipped. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.

6. Tracking and Notifications: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if applicable. Additionally, we may send you notifications regarding the status of your order, such as when it is shipped, out for delivery, or successfully delivered.

7. Packaging: We take utmost care in packaging our batteries to ensure they arrive safely and in good condition. Batteries are packed well to prevent damage during transit.

We will investigate the issue and work towards a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

9. Order Changes and Address Updates: Once an order is placed, any changes to the shipping address or order details must be requested as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but please note that changes cannot be guaranteed after the order has been processed.
